After the firefighting mission is completed, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. After using the fire truck water pump, open all the residual water drain switches on the pump to drain the remaining water in the pump. After the remaining water is drained, close all switches to facilitate anti-freezing and next use.
2. After the water pump has been used in seawater, sewage, corrosive water flow and foam mixture, it should be run with clean water for more than 1 minute to clean out the residual liquid in the pump.
3. Regularly check the lubrication condition in the bearing. If it is lower than the oil level, make up for it.
4. After using the fire pump of the fire truck in winter, run the piston pump several times to drain the remaining water in the piston pump to prevent freezing.
5. The water pump is strictly prohibited from idling without water for a long time (more than 1 minute)
