What is the breather valve of Isuzu tanker truck:
Breather valve is also called safety valve. The valve can automatically adjust the pressure in the ISUZU fuel tanker to keep the pressure within a certain range. This can not only protect the liquid tank, but also reduce the evaporation loss of volatile oil.
The breather valve consists of a suction valve and an exhaust valve. The suction valve and exhaust valve are two one-way valves installed in opposite directions. The suction valve has a small area affected by gas, and the stiffness of its spring 7 is also small, and the opening pressure is low, generally 4.9 kPa ~ 9.8 kPa; the exhaust valve has a large area affected by gas, and the stiffness of its spring is also large, the opening pressure is relatively high, generally 14.7 kPa ~ 24.5 kPa. When the gas pressure in the ISUZU oil tanker is lower than 4.9 kPa to 9.8 kPa, the suction valve overcomes the elastic force of spring 7 and opens due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container, sucking in part of the air and raising the pressure in the container to the normal value, the suction valve is closed; when the gas pressure in the container exceeds 14.7 kPa to 24.5 kPa due to increased volatilization or rising temperature, the exhaust valve opens against the elastic force of the spring under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tanker, discharge part of the gas in the container and reduce the pressure in the container to normal value.
The valve body of the breather valve is made of nickel-cadmium stainless steel, and the other parts are also made of stainless acid-resistant steel to prevent rust. Small and medium-sized ISUZU oil bowser tanks are generally equipped with a breather valve in one compartment, while large ISUZU oil tank trucks are equipped with a breather valve in each single chamber.
