ISUZU truck-mounted crane refers to a multi-functional lifting machine installed on the truck chassis that can vertically lift and horizontally transport heavy objects within a certain range. It is also called ISUZU crane truck, ISUZU truck with crane, ISUZU boom truck.
ISUZU NQR utility truck with crane is a lifting equipment installed on the ISUZU NQR all-wheel drive chassis. It mainly consists of stable outriggers, slewing base, boom assembly, hook, etc. The crane and truck control systems are completely separate, so the ISUZU boom crane truck can perform lifting operations without affecting the cargo transportation of the chassis.

Routine inspection items for Isuzu truck crane
(1) Check whether the pipe connections and fixed seals of the ISUZU truck-mounted crane are loose or leaking oil.
(2) Check whether the fasteners of the ISUZU crane truck are loose, focusing on whether the fasteners between the cross beam and the chassis girder, the slewing bearing, the cross beam and the column are secure.
(3) Check whether the power take-off control switch and pressure gauge of the truck are normal.
(4) Check whether the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil are sufficient.
(5) Check the use of the wire rope and accessories, whether the rope clamp is firm, and whether the wire rope is in the wheel groove. The wire rope should be replaced when it is kinked, creased, worn, severely corroded, more than 10% of the wires are broken or the diameter is reduced by more than 7%, or when it is discolored due to overheating.
(6) Check whether there is damage or deformation on the surface of each component of ISUZU boom truck.
(7) Check the wire rope that drives the boom to expand and contract. If the wire rope is found to be loose, adjust the nut in time to tighten it.
(8) Put the ISUZU truck-mounted crane in working condition and check whether the sound and temperature of the hydraulic system are normal.

Precautions during ISUZU truck-mounted crane lifting operations
1. Carry out lifting operations within the rated lifting range.
2. When operating an ISUZU truck-mounted crane, you must concentrate and observe the surrounding situation to avoid accidents.
3. Pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil. When the temperature exceeds 80°C, the lifting operation should be stopped.
4. When the wind speed exceeds 138m/s (level 6 wind), no lifting operations are allowed.
5. When using an ISUZU crane truck to lift heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the outriggers. When adjustments are needed, the heavy objects should be put down and the boom should be retracted.
6. When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden for the two mechanisms to operate at the same time.
7. ISUZU truck with cranes must not be used to lift heavy objects buried underground or frozen on the ground, and they are not allowed to pull heavy objects diagonally.
8. Use the hand brake to stop the ISUZU boom crane truck before working.
9. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the boom before operation.
10. The tire pressure meets the regulations, 441kPa for the front wheel and 617kPa for the rear wheel.
