600P foam fire truck with powerful engine, high range fire monitorIsuzu airport fire engine, also called Isuzu fire truck, Isuzu fire engine,Isuzu firefighting tender, the Isuzu airport fire engine is mainly used for fire rescue missions at airports, and is especially suitable for extinguishing fires caused by liquid fuels and chemicals.
This Isuzu airport fire engine is a 600P single-axle 2-ton foam fire truck. It is modified by our factory on the basis of Isuzu's original 600P chassis QL1070BUKWY. The whole vehicle has a compact structure; the special parts include a liquid tank, a pump room, an equipment box, It is composed of power output and transmission system, pipeline system, electrical system, etc. It is widely used in urban public security fire brigade, petrochemical industry, factories and mines, forests, ports, docks and other departments. It can quickly approach the fire scene to start fire fighting and put out various fires. It is an ideal fire-fighting equipment.
The cab is an all-steel frame welded structure. The front of the passenger cab is connected to the cab. It has double rows and four doors. The material is made of high-quality carbon steel (Q235A). The thickness of the plate is 4mm. The carbon steel tank has been treated with high-tech anti-corrosion and is durable. The equipment compartment The door adopts aluminum alloy curtain door with roller and chute guide, which is easy to open and close and has low noise; flip-type pedals on both sides and rear of the equipment compartment are double-fixed with gas springs and door stop limiters, with reliable safety performance; except for the original car In addition to the equipment, the cab is equipped with power take-off control indicators, 100W sirens, LED warning lights, sign lights, position light switches and rear lighting, etc.
The airport foam fire truck is a tool vehicle specially used for fire extinguishing. It has the following performance characteristics:
1. Foam liquid storage characteristics: Foam fire trucks can store foam liquid. The storage system is generally made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy and is equipped with equipment such as liquid level monitors and pressure gauges to ensure the safety and real-time nature of the stored liquid.
2. Foam injection performance characteristics: The foam injection system of the foam fire truck consists of two parts: the foam making system and the foam spraying system. The foaming system generates dense foam liquid by mixing foam liquid and air; the foaming system uses a specific nozzle to achieve the purpose of fire extinguishing in the form of high-speed spray. The entire foam spray system is computer-controlled, easy to use, and can quickly respond to the needs of the fire scene.
3. Characteristics of the pressurization system: The pressurization system in the foam fire truck is mainly a fire water pump, which is one of the key performance components of the vehicle. The fire water pump can increase the pressure of the water source and spray foam liquid to the accident site through the foam liquid storage system.

Isuzu Airport Fire Truck Operation Procedure
Start the fire truck
1. Open the driver's side door, sit in the cab, and ensure that all operating switches and handles are in the closed or neutral position.
2. Insert the key and start the engine of the fire truck, and check whether the indicator light on the dashboard lights up normally.
3. Confirm that the fire truck’s braking system, steering system, lighting system, etc. are all working properly.
Check foam system
1. Open the inspection cover of the foam tank and check whether the foam liquid level is within the normal range.
2. Check whether the foam pump and foam proportioning mixer are intact and there is no leakage.
3. Start the foam pump, monitor whether there are any abnormal sounds, and observe whether there is foam liquid flowing out of the outlet of the foam pump.
Connect to water source
1. Drive the fire truck to a reliable water source, such as a fire hydrant, natural water source, etc.
2. Choose appropriate water collection tools according to the type of water source, such as fire hoses, suction pipes, etc.
3. Connect the water collection tool to the water inlet of the fire truck and tighten the connection to ensure there is no leakage.
Adjust the foam ratio
1. Open the regulating valve of the foam proportion mixer and select the appropriate foam proportion according to the type of fire source.
2. After the adjustment is completed, close the regulating valve and observe whether there is stable foam liquid flowing out of the mixer outlet.
Unfold fire hose
1. Select the appropriate length of fire hose according to the location of the fire source and the on-site environment.
2. Remove the fire hose from the fire truck and unfold it near the fire source.
3. Connect the water outlets of fire hydrants or fire trucks to both ends of the hose to ensure a tight connection.
Spray foam fire extinguishing
1. The driver operates the joystick or button of the fire truck to start the fire pump.
2. The operator holds the spray gun, adjusts the spray angle and flow rate, and sprays at the fire source.
3. According to changes in fire intensity, adjust the foam ratio and spray angle in a timely manner to ensure the fire extinguishing effect.
Monitor changes in fire intensity
1. During the fire extinguishing process, operators should pay close attention to changes in fire intensity and adjust fire extinguishing strategies in a timely manner. 2. Maintain communication with the on-site command, report fire conditions in a timely manner, and accept instructions.
Evacuate the scene
1. When the fire is under control or the fire extinguishing task is completed, the operator should first turn off the foam system and fire pump.
2. The driver drives the fire truck away from the fire scene and parks it in a safe area.
3. Clean the scene, organize fire-fighting equipment, and ensure that the equipment is returned to its original position.
