Compression mechanism
The compression mechanism of the Isuzu Giga 6x4 20 cubic compression garbage truck is the core of its efficient operation. The mechanism uses advanced hydraulic drive technology to push the compression plate to reciprocate inside the garbage bin through a high-pressure hydraulic cylinder to achieve strong compression of the garbage. During the compression process, the garbage is gradually compacted and the volume is greatly reduced, thereby improving the loading efficiency of the garbage bin.
The design of the compression plate fully considers the diversity of the garbage and the force conditions during the compression process, ensuring a smooth and efficient compression process with less wear on the garbage bin. At the same time, the compression mechanism is also equipped with an overload protection device. When encountering hard objects that are difficult to compress, it can automatically stop the compression action to avoid damage to the vehicle and the garbage bin.
Operation method
The operation method of the Isuzu Giga 6x4 20 cubic compression garbage truck is flexible and diverse. It can be remotely controlled through the electric operation box in the cab, or it can be operated at close range through the hydraulic operating lever on the driver's side, the electric control box on the left side of the tailgate, and the manual operating lever on the right side of the tailgate, meeting the operation requirements in different scenarios.
• Cab electric operation box: located in the cab, it integrates control buttons for garbage loading, compression, unloading and other functions. The driver can remotely control the garbage bin by operating these buttons, which greatly improves the convenience and safety of the operation.
• Driving side hydraulic operating lever: located behind the driving side, which is convenient for the driver to operate manually on the ground. By operating the hydraulic lever, the driver can flexibly control the lifting of the tailgate of the garbage bin and the movement of the shovel to achieve instant compression of the garbage.
• Electric control box(left side of tailgate): installed on the left side of the tailgate, it is convenient for the operator to directly control the garbage bin at the rear of the vehicle. There are multiple control buttons in the electric control box to control the scraper, slide operation, single cycle, multiple cycle loading and other functions.
• Manual operating lever(right side of tailgate): installed on the right side of the tailgate, the pull rod can be manually operated to control the operation of the scraper and slide. As a backup operation mode, the manual operating lever can still ensure the basic functions of the garbage bin are realized when the power or hydraulic system fails.
