Water circulation pump, secondary overflow prevention deviceSewage cleaning trucks are special vehicles used to suck, transport and move sludge and sewage in sewers, rainwater wells and sedimentation wells. It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of municipal workers' heavy and dangerous sewer construction operations and protect them from toxic gas hazards. The vehicle is not only a necessary construction equipment for sewer cleaning of municipal sanitation departments, but also can be used as a working tool for pumping, transporting and transferring sewage, sludge and wastewater from large factories and mines.
The ISUZU NPR sewage cleaning truck is mainly modified based on the ISUZU NKR chassis. The upper body of this vehicle consists of PTO, sewage tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, piping system and accessories. The PTO is the power take-off device attached from the side window of the chassis transmission. An internal gear is in constant mesh with the fourth gear of the automobile transmission. Through a pair of reduction gears, it outputs power suitable for the speed of the vacuum pump, driving the vacuum pump to discharge air from the tank to complete vacuum suction. The tank is a transportation carrier for sewage suction and a container for vacuum suction. The vacuum pump is a power machine that sucks out the air in the tank and discharges it to the atmosphere. It is the heart of the vacuum truck. It can also be inflated into the tank to accelerate the discharge of sewage to the outside without opening the tank door. The piping system is mainly composed of a four-way valve, an oil and gas separator, a safety valve and pipelines. It is a complete set of equipment required for pumping and inflating the tank. The hydraulic system mainly includes a fuel tank, a hydraulic pump, a multi-way reversing valve, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, a tank door hydraulic cylinder, a pressure gauge and a fine filter. Its main function is to drive the hydraulic cylinder to complete operations such as opening or closing the tank door, tipping the tank and dumping waste. Accessories include: sewage suction pipe fittings, operating levers, alarms, etc.

Vacuum pump repair and maintenance methods
The vacuum pump is one of the core components of the vacuum tank truck. Its working status directly affects the use effect of the truck. Therefore, regular repair and maintenance of vacuum pumps is very necessary. Below, we will introduce some repair and maintenance methods for the vacuum pump of sewage tank trucks.
1. Long-term suspension
If the vacuum pump of the vacuum truck needs to be stopped for a long time, we need to disassemble the entire pump, dry the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, install them, and store them properly. This prevents the pump from getting wet and rusting, ensuring it can operate normally when used again.
2. Lubricating oil replacement
Vacuum pumps need to replace lubricating oil regularly to ensure the normal operation of the pump. When replacing lubricating oil, you should choose lubricating oil suitable for the pump and ensure that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. Lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time to ensure the performance and working life of the pump.
3. Flow control
When using a sewage suction truck, try to control the flow and lift of the vacuum pump within the range indicated on the sign. This ensures that the vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve the greatest energy saving effect.
4. Abnormal sound processing
If you find that the vacuum pump makes abnormal sounds during working, stop the pump immediately and check the cause. This may be caused by internal pump failure, damaged bearings, or poor lubrication. After confirming the problem, repair or replace parts should be carried out in time.
5. Regular inspections
Vacuum pumps require regular inspections to ensure pump performance and working condition. The inspection content includes: checking whether the vacuum pump pipeline and joints are loose, turning the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible, checking the temperature of the vacuum pump bearing body, etc.
