ISUZU 4×4 mini tipper truck is a light duty dump truck with payload capacity of 3 tons. The ISUZU tipper truck is built on the basis of ISUZU NKR 4×4 chassis, which has an ISUZU 130HP diesel engine and MSB 5-speed manual gearbox. The cargo box is made of high quality cargo box and is lifted by two hydraulic cylinders.

Customized ISUZU NKR 4×4 chassisISUZU dump truck is a vehicle equipped with an automatic dumping device. Also known as ISUZU tipper truck and ISUZU tipper lorry. It consists of an ISUZU truck chassis, a hydraulic lifting mechanism, a power take-off device and a cargo box. In civil engineering, ISUZU dump trucks often combined with excavators, loaders, belt conveyors, etc. to form a loading, transportation and unloading production line for loading and unloading of earth, sand and gravel, and loose materials. Because the box can automatically tip over for unloading at a certain angle, it greatly saves unloading time and labor, shortens the transportation cycle, improves production efficiency, and reduces transportation costs. It is a commonly used transportation machinery.
ISUZU dump truck lifting mechanism type
The lifting mechanism is the core of the ISUZU dump truck and the primary indicator for judging the quality of the ISUZU dump truck.
The types of lifting mechanisms currently common in China include: F-type tripod enlarged lifting mechanism, T-type tripod enlarged lifting mechanism, double-cylinder lift, front-top lift and double-sided rollover.
The F-type tripod enlarged lifting mechanism is currently the most commonly used lifting method in China. It is suitable for a load capacity of 8 to 40 tons and a carriage length of 4.4 to 6 meters. The advantages are mature structure, stable lifting, and low cost; the disadvantage is that the closed height of the carriage floor and the upper plane of the main frame is large.
The double-cylinder lifting form is mostly used on 6X4 ISUZU dump trucks. It installs a multi-stage cylinder (generally 3 to 4 stages) on both sides in front of the second axle. The upper fulcrum of the hydraulic cylinder acts directly on the floor of the cargo box. The advantage of the double-cylinder lift is that the closed height of the box floor and the upper plane of the main frame is small; the disadvantage is that it is difficult for the hydraulic system to ensure the synchronization of the two hydraulic cylinders, the lifting stability is poor, and the overall stiffness of the carriage floor is required to be high.
The front lift method has a simple structure, the closing height of the cabin floor and the upper plane of the main frame can be very small, the stability of the whole vehicle is good, and the pressure of the hydraulic system is small, but the multi-stage cylinder stroke of the front lifting system is large and the cost is high.
The double-sided rollover hydraulic cylinder has better stress and smaller stroke, so it can achieve double-sided rollover; however, the hydraulic pipeline is more complicated and the incidence of rollover accidents is higher.

ISUZU dump truck safety operating procedures
1. ISUZU dump trucks should keep the hydraulic lifting system intact, work smoothly, operate flexibly, and there should be no jamming.
2. Follow instructions when loading and unloading materials. Do not load or unload materials outside designated areas. It is strictly prohibited to carry people in the cargo box.
3. When cooperating with excavation machinery to load and unload materials, the hand brake should be tightened after the ISUZU dump truck is in place. When the bucket must cross the cab for operation, no one should stay in the cab.
4. When loading materials, the driver should be reminded not to load them skewed. If the materials are loaded skewed, they should slow down while driving to prevent overturning.
5. Before unloading, pay attention to the fact that there should be no wires, obstacles, or people coming and going around the ISUZU dump truck. When unloading, the vehicle must be parked steadily. When the cargo box is about to rise to the top, the engine speed should be reduced to prevent vibration of the carriage. It is prohibited to drive while unloading.
6. When unloading materials into foundation pits, an appropriate safe distance should be maintained from the edge of the pit to prevent the pit edge from collapsing and causing overturning.
7. Do not unload materials on uneven, soft or sloping ground to prevent overturning.
8. After unloading, the ISUZU dump truck should be slightly moved away from the unloading position, so that the truck can be reset in time and the dump operating lever is locked before driving away. It is prohibited to drive with the cargo box lifted.
9. When there is clay attached to the carriage, it should be removed in time to prevent the accumulation from causing overturning when lifting. It is prohibited to use sudden braking to vibrate the remaining material.
10. When it is necessary to lift the box for maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, etc., support wood should be used to support the box, and it is prohibited to rely solely on hydraulic locking for operations.
11. During non-lifting operations, the control lever should be placed in the neutral position. The box fixing pin must be pulled out before lifting up.
12. After loading concrete or sticky materials, the inside and outside of the cargo box should be cleaned to prevent condensation on the box.
