1. Liquid level alarm device: The liquid level alarm device is installed inside the Isuzu lorry vacuum tankers and is used to monitor the liquid level in the dirt reservoir. When the liquid level exceeds the set threshold, the liquid level alarm device will sound an alarm to remind the operator to stop the suction operation in time to avoid tank overflow.

2. Anti-overflow valve: Isuzu lorry vacuum tankers often use anti-overflow valves as anti-overflow devices. The anti-overflow valve contains a lightweight steel float. When the sewage in the sewage suction tank reaches a predetermined position, the floating ball will rise and block the exhaust hole, preventing sewage from entering the exhaust pipe and vacuum pump. However, ordinary anti-overflow valves cannot completely prevent flooding. Especially when there are a large number of floating objects in the tank, the float ball of the anti-overflow valve may not be able to lift up and cannot play its due role. Therefore, it is more reliable to use high-grade anti-overflow valves.

3. Water vapor separator: The water vapor separator installed on Isuzu lorry vacuum tankers can play two roles. One is to separate the moisture in the gas in the vacuum pump and protect the vacuum pump; the other is to act as an overflow prevention device. The working principle of the water-gas separator is similar to that of the anti-overflow valve. It also has a float ball. When the sewage in the water-gas separator accumulates to a certain amount, the floating ball will rise and block the air port to prevent sewage from entering the vacuum pump. However, the water-gas separator also faces the problem of the anti-overflow valve, that is, it cannot completely prevent the pipe from being clogged, especially when the suction force is large.
