With the development of urbanization, sanitation trucks are used more and more frequently, such as ISUZU sewage suction trucks, which are relied on for sewage treatment in urban communities. Heavy duty ISUZU sewage suction trucks can also be used for sewage treatment in factories and enterprises. ISUZU sewage suction trucks are special-purpose vehicles, its operation method is different from ordinary vehicles. Many users who want to buy a sewage suction truck want to learn how to operate a sewage suction truck. Today I will introduce to you how a sewage suction truck discharges sewage.
The sewage from the ISUZU sewage suction truck contains sewage and sludge. Generally, the sewage is discharged first and then the sludge. The specific method is as follows:
1. First move the four-way valve to the "neutral" position, and then move the drain valve to the "open" position, mainly relying on gravity for drainage.
2. Then move the four-way valve of the sewage suction truck to the discharge position and let the vacuum pump continue to work, so that compressed air will flow into the tank and the sewage will be discharged faster.
3. Pressure can also be used to drain sewage from sewage suction trucks. First, open the drain valve and move the four-way valve to the discharge position. This can avoid excessive pressure in the tank from affecting the sealing of the back cover or other accidents.
After the sewage is discharged, the sludge needs to be discharged. The discharge of sludge is more complicated than that of sewage:
1. First, depress the clutch, move the reversing valve to the "open" position, or push the power take-off lever to run the oil pump.
2. Then open the ball valve on the back cover to discharge part of the sewage and reduce the pressure in the tank to communicate with the atmosphere.
3. Open the locking device of the back cover, loosen the handle and completely pull out the screw.
4. Move the tank door opening and closing lever of the manual reversing valve of the sewage suction truck to the "open" position. Before opening, confirm whether the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure. If the rear tank cover is opened under negative pressure, Will damage the sealing ring and cylinder.
5. Adjust the hydraulic lifting device of the manual reversing valve to the "rising" position.
6. After the sludge is discharged, adjust the operating range of the hydraulic cylinder to the "descended" position. After safely descending, check the parts: Check whether there is mud on the back cover flange and sealing ring. If there is any mud, use a brush to clean it, close Back cover secure the locking device of the back cover to ensure the sealing of the back cover.
The above steps may seem simple, but they are indispensable. Each step must be done in place, so that the sewage can be discharged smoothly and the vehicle can be protected to the greatest extent.
