The first level of maintenance focuses on lubrication and tightening. Add grease to the oil nozzles at each hinge point, and apply grease to the surface of the slide in the trash bin and filler. Check the tightness of the connection, check the connection between the garbage bin and the frame, the connection between the shovel slide block and the push shovel, the hinge shaft of the loader slide block, and the pin shaft of each oil cylinder, and tighten them if necessary.
Secondary maintenance: performed every 250 hours of operation, Second-level maintenance focuses on inspection and adjustment, and implements all items of first-level maintenance.
Check the pressure of each pressure valve in the hydraulic system. If there is any deviation, it should be adjusted in time (by professionals); clean the oil suction filter element of the hydraulic system and check the oil return filter pressure. When the oil return filter pressure pointer reaches 0.08MPa, replace it in time. Oil filter assembly (disposable); check the connection and sealing conditions of each joint and sealing surface; replace the high-pressure hose in time when cracks, partial damage, aging and expansion are found.
Check whether the filter in the gas line system is blocked and whether the air pipe is cracked or aged, and replace it if necessary.
Check the condition of the rubber sealing strip on the joint surface of the garbage bin and the filler and the rubber gasket of the drain valve, and replace them if necessary.
Check the blade slide block and loader slide block as well as the wear of each pin and bushing, and replace them if necessary.
Check whether the welds of each assembly are cracked and de-welded, whether the structure is plastically deformed, and whether the pin is cracked. Problems found should be eliminated promptly.
Check the pressure filling cycle and discharge time. If they are too fast or too slow, they should be adjusted to normal conditions.
Level three maintenance: performed every 1,000 hours of operation, The third level of maintenance focuses on the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, adjustment and elimination of hidden dangers of some assemblies. Perform all levels of primary and secondary maintenance.
Check the hydraulic fluid condition. If it is found that the hydraulic oil has many pollutants, is turbid and black, has foam emulsification, and has large changes in viscosity, the hydraulic oil must be replaced.
Note: When replacing the hydraulic oil, the pusher cylinder, lift cylinder and skateboard oil are in a fully retracted state, and the scraper cylinder is in a fully extended state. After the old oil is drained, remove the coarse and fine oil filters in the tank and clean the coarse filters. , oil drain plug and oil tank, and replace them after cleaning. Add clean hydraulic oil to the oil mark range and discharge the air mixed in the pipeline. The exhaust process can start the engine running at idle speed, put the power take-off into gear, run the oil pump at a slow speed, and unscrew the top pipe joint nuts of each hydraulic circuit one by one to bleed. After exhausting the air, tighten the nuts to ensure there is no leakage. After the oil is replaced, let the hydraulic system test run and consider it to be working normally.
Maintenance precautions: It is strictly forbidden for people to stand or walk under the loader after it is lifted. When the loader needs to be lifted for some maintenance work, it should be supported by a solid bracket to prevent serious incidents.
During maintenance, avoid falling and knocking to avoid damage, deformation and scratches to parts. Pay attention to cleaning when disassembling and assembling the hydraulic system.
When the hydraulic system or electrical control system needs to be disassembled, the filler should be in the dropped position, and the scraper and slide plate must be slowly lowered or fixed first. Otherwise, the sudden movement of the filler or scraper and slide plate will cause damage to the equipment and other problems. A vicious accident.
