Common mistakes in the operation of ISUZU hook loader
The ISUZU hook loader is one of the commonly used sanitation garbage trucks. Although its operation is simple, it must be operated correctly to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition. Let's take a look at the common mistakes in the operation of ISUZU hook loader garbage trucks:
1. Use a ISUZU hook lift garbage truck to transport construction waste. Because the density of construction waste is higher than that of domestic waste, the weight of half a container of construction waste has exceeded the full container of domestic waste. The hook-arm garbage truck is used to collect and transport domestic garbage. If it is used to transport construction garbage, its weight will exceed the allowable load range of the vehicle, which will cause excessive pressure and damage the hydraulic parts.
2. When the hook loader is loading, the central axis of the garbage container does not coincide with the central axis of the garbage truck. It is necessary to ensure that the longitudinal center axis of the vehicle coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the container, otherwise, the vehicle position should be adjusted. If they do not coincidence, the container will not be able to accurately fall on the hook loader. Forcible operation may damage the pulley at the bottom of the container, causing deformation of the slideway on the garbage truck, and may even deform the hook and the container. It may also cause hydraulic parts to be damaged due to excessive pressure.
3. Forget to turn off the electromagnetic clutch switch when the hook loader garbage truck working is finished. When the truck is not working, it is necessary to ensure that the electromagnetic clutch is in a power-off state, especially after the engine is stalled, the electromagnetic clutch must be in a power-off state, otherwise it will cause a large amount of battery power consumption, resulting in power loss and battery damage.
4. Do not adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve of the ISUZU hook loader according to your own experience. The pressure of the valve of the hook lift garbage truck has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Some experienced operators adjust the pressure of the valve by themselves in order to improve the operation speed of the garbage truck. This may cause the hydraulic pressure to be too high, resulting in internal leakage of the gear pump, internal leakage of the oil cylinder, or leakage from the oil pipe.
