Common faults and solutions of ISUZU vacuum tank trucks
ISUZU Vacuum tank truck is one of the commonly used sanitation vehicles. There are many brands of vacuum trucks, but their functions and operation methods are similar. In the process of work, there will inevitably be failures of one kind or another. Some faults must be solved in time, otherwise it may cause more serious consequences. Therefore, as the operator of the vacuum tank truck, it is better to master some maintenance methods of the sewage suction truck in case of emergency.
1. The value of the vacuum pressure gauge of the sewage suction truck is too low or there is no indication:
a. The speed of the vacuum pump is too low, the solution: step on the gas;
b. The vacuum pressure gauge tube is blocked, the solution: remove the blockage;
c. The vacuum pressure gauge is damaged, the solution: replace the vacuum gauge;
d. The four-way ball valve is not fully opened, the solution: replace the rotary vane.
2. The sound of the PTO is abnormal and the
temperature rise is too high:
a. The parts are worn, the solution: check and
clean the PTO and replace the worn parts;
b. The lubricating oil has impurities or the
amount is not enough, the solution: replace the lubricating oil or add the
lubricating oil in time;
3, the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck has abnormal noise, and the temperature rise is too high
a. Impurities have entered the pump cavity, the solution: check and clean the vacuum pump and replace the worn parts;
b. The wheel cover is worn, the solution: replace the wheel cover.
c. There is not enough lubricating oil, there are impurities in it, the solution: add or replace the lubricating oil in time.
4. Leakage of the hydraulic oil tank
a. The connection screw is loose, the solution: just tighten the bolt;
b. The sealing gasket is damaged, the solution: replace the sealing gasket;
c. The lubricating oil is too much, the solution: the lubricating oil surface is located in the middle of the liquid, that is the appropriate position.
