Reasons and solutions for the failure of the control valve of ISUZU Garbage Compactor
Reasons and solutions for the failure of the control valve of ISUZU Garbage Compactor
1. Reasons and solutions for the load drop when the control valve of ISUZU garbage compactor truck is in the neutral position:
a. The oil circuit between the control valve and the cylinder is leaking or broken. Tighten the oil pipe joint or replace the oil pipe, check the sealing state of the connector, and whether the contact surface is uneven.
b. Cylinder leaks. Replace seals, replace worn parts. If the wear is caused by dirty hydraulic oil, clean the hydraulic system.
c. Oil leakage from control valve or pressure valve. Clean or replace valve, wear can be caused by dirty oil, clean hydraulic system, find out the cause of contamination.
d. Release the joystick handle, the control valve does not return to neutral. Check whether the joystick is bent or deformed, and whether the connecting part is blocked; check whether the control valve is adjusted correctly, and check whether there are broken parts.
2. ISUZU garbage compactor control valve operating force is too large
a. The joystick connection is misaligned or stuck. re-install.
b. The control valve body connecting bolts are loose. Tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
c. Breaks or nicks on internal valve components. Repair or replace valve, find cause.
3. Leakage of control valve
a. The connecting bolts are too tight. Tighten the bolts to the torque required by the manufacturer, and replace the O-ring seal. If the O-ring seal is damaged by dirt, clean the hydraulic system and find out the cause of the pollution.
b. The parts of the control valve are broken. Repair or replace valve, find out cause of damage.
