Isuzu sprinkler truck refers to a vehicle specially used for spraying water or other liquids. 1. Inspection of Isuzu sprinkler truck engine coolant level
Never open the radiator cap when the sprinkler engine is hot, otherwise you may be burned by splashing coolant or high-temperature steam. After the engine has cooled down, check that the coolant level should be between the full level and the low level. Otherwise, distilled or purified water (mineral water cannot be added) or refrigerant should be added. The level after adding water should not exceed the full level. If it is found that the coolant decreases rapidly in a short period of time, check whether there is any leakage in the cooling system of the sprinkler truck or go to the service station for inspection.

2. Inspection of brake fluid level of Isuzu sprinkler truck
If the brake is also between high and low, it means normal. If the brake fluid is near or below the lower limit, it may indicate a leak in the system or excessive brake shoe wear. It should be repaired in time at the maintenance station.
When adding brake fluid, pay attention to adding brake fluid of the same type of nozzle to prevent damage to the leather bowl, and pay attention to protecting the paint to prevent corrosion of the paint surface.

3. Inspection of the fluid level of the sprinkler truck clutch master pump
If the clutch fluid level is between high and low, it's OK. If it is below the standard line, the master cylinder or slave cylinder cup may be damaged. It is difficult or impossible to change gears while the sprinkler truck engine is running. Please go to the nearest repair station for repair immediately.
4. Maintenance and inspection of sprinkler truck battery
Check that the sprinkler truck battery is securely fastened. The electrolyte should be between the upper and lower limits. When it is close to the offline line, add electrolyte or distilled water to the upper line in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact and keep the battery clean and dry. For nozzles that have been left for a long time, the positive and negative cables of the battery should be removed and rewired every half month or so. About 20 minutes after starting the sprinkler truck, if the power is obviously insufficient, it should be charged in time.

5. Inspection of Isuzu sprinkler truck tires
Check the tire pressure of the sprinkler truck at room temperature every month. If it is lower than the normal standard, the tire pressure should be replenished in time. The air pressure cannot be too high or too low, otherwise it will affect driving safety. Check the sprinkler truck tires for cracks. If there is a safety hazard, the tires should be replaced in time. When choosing tires, the models should be consistent.
6. Inspection of sprinkler truck belts
When starting the sprinkler truck engine or driving the vehicle, the belt makes noise. One situation is that the belt has not been checked and adjusted for a long time. Just adjust it according to normal standards. Another situation is that the belt is aging and needs to be replaced.

7. Inspection of Isuzu sprinkler truck air filter
If the air filter is too dirty, it will cause the sprinkler truck engine to malfunction, excessive fuel consumption, damage the sprinkler truck engine, etc. When checking the air filter, if it is found that there is less dust and the blockage is light, you can use high-pressure air to blow it out from the inside out. continue to use. Air filters that are too dirty should be replaced in time.
8. Inspection of sprinkler truck spark plugs
The insulating ceramic of the normal sprinkler spark plug is intact. There is no cracking or leakage. When the spark plug gap of the sprinkler truck is 0.8+-0.0mm, the spark is blue and strong. If any abnormality is found, the gap must be adjusted or the spark plug of the sprinkler truck must be replaced.
