1. Selection of sewage suction pump:

There are two types of pumps commonly used on the market, reciprocating vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps.

A. Reciprocating vacuum pump: Working principle, the rotation of the pulley drives the eccentric to move in a circular motion, and the eccentric drives the connecting rod to pull the piston. The piston reciprocates, causing the valve to open to pump air, and the exhaust valve to open to exhaust. It works continuously, in which During use, a few drops of engine oil need to be added per shift to lubricate the piston cylinder liner. At the same time, some of the engine oil will carry slag and other residues and be discharged out of the pump.

B. Rotary vane vacuum pump: When the eccentric rotor rotates, the rotary vane soaked in engine oil slides against the inner wall of the pump under the action of centrifugal force. The volume of the suction working chamber gradually increases, and the pumped gas is sucked into it until The rotary vane rotates to the end of inhalation, and the inhaled gas is isolated. As the rotor continues to rotate, the isolated gas is gradually compressed and the pressure increases. When the pressure exceeds the pressure at the exhaust port, the gas is discharged out of the pump. During this process, the engine oil will be mixed with the pumped gas through high pressure, and then separate from the pumped gas as the pressure weakens. Due to the special working environment of agricultural fecal suction trucks, the pumped gas is not clean or contains biogas and other substances. Corrosive gas slag, after repeated mixing reactions, the oil quality of the engine oil will deteriorate and lose its lubrication effect. When found, the pump casing will be completely scrapped (even if a water vapor separator is added, corrosive gas will enter the pump)

2. According to the above characteristics, the sewage suction pump.

A. Reciprocating vacuum pumps are more suitable for use in agricultural biogas tanks, septic tanks and toilets.

B. The rotary vane vacuum pump has a special structure compared to the reciprocating vacuum pump, and the slag is not easily discharged.

C. The oil of the rotary vane vacuum pump is very easy to deteriorate, and the reciprocating vacuum pump completely avoids this problem.

D. The reciprocating vacuum pump has a simpler structure.

3. Maintenance of Isuzu sewage suction truck sewage pump:

A. When the fecal suction truck is used for the first time, the sealing condition of each part should be checked to ensure that there is no air leakage (such as the discharge port, the interface of each part)

B. Add more than a dozen drops of engine oil into the cylinder of the special vacuum pump for fecal suction trucks each time to ensure adequate lubrication.

C. The special reciprocating vacuum pump for fecal suction trucks has a large exhaust capacity. Use one-inch plastic steel wire pipes within 1 meter of the suction pipe, and use 2-inch plastic steel wire pipes within 1.5 meters. If you want to lengthen it, you have to contact us.

D. Observe the vacuum gauge at any time. If the pointer continues to rise, it means that the feed pipe is blocked. If the pointer does not rise, it means there is air leakage.

E. If the vacuum pump is accidentally pumped in, drip an appropriate amount of engine oil into the cylinder and let the pump idle for a few turns to eliminate the fault. If toilet paper feathers, etc. enter the cylinder head, unscrew the screws and clean it.
