The Isuzu sprinkler truck is equipped with a duckbill-shaped nozzle or a round-head nozzle in the front, a cylindrical sprinkler nozzle or a shower head nozzle in the back, and a working platform in the rear equipped with a water cannon. 8 nozzles can also be installed in the rear.

Operating system: The engine mainly drives the gearbox. The power take-off installed on the gearbox drives the sprinkler pump. The sprinkler pump generates power to spray the liquid inside the tank through the pipe network.
1. Water absorption work
(1) The sprinkler truck should be as close as possible to the operating point and park.
(2) Open the side door of the walking platform box, take out the water-absorbing hose, and swing it backward without bending.
(3). Pump the water-absorbing hose into the water as deep as possible, ensuring that the end of the pipe is always less than 300mm away from the liquid level during operation.
(4). Push the handle of the four-way valve until it is perpendicular to the ground.
(5). Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward to put the power take-off into gear, and the pump starts running.
(6) The operator can pass the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified, and colleagues should quickly pull the water suction hose away from the water or close the four-way valve.
(7) After putting away the hose, put it back into the walking box and close the side door.
(8) Drive the sprinkler truck away from the water pumping location.
2.Spraying operation
(1) Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the ball valve you want to spray (front spray, rear spray, side spray, shower), then start the engine, put the transmission into gear, and turn the power take-off Pull the switch back to put it into gear and take power, then disengage the clutch, the pump starts to run, and starts sprinkling water.
(2) After the water in the tank is sprinkled, the driver should promptly push the power take-off control handle forward to disengage the gear and stop the sprinkler pump.
Requirements for water sources: When the sprinkler truck uses rivers and ponds as water sources, pay attention to all ends of the suction pipes being submerged in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or large amounts of sediment and debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally equipped with a filter device. It is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, you need to dig the water-absorbing area deeper in advance to ensure that it does not contain debris and prevents air from entering. The water pumps of different sprinkler trucks have different requirements for water sources. The clean water pump requires that there be no impurities in the water, and the turbid water pump requires that there be no stones and excessive sediment in the water.
Add water: Before each time the centrifugal water pump absorbs water, a certain amount of water must be added to the pump. After adding, the water inlet must be closed. When the self-priming water pump is used for the first time, it is necessary to add water, but there is no need to add water in the future.
The water inlet pipe must be vacuumed: When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum in order to suck water into the box. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably, the hose cannot be damaged, and the hard pipe cannot have cracks, otherwise air leakage will occur, which will result in the inability to absorb water.
Precautions for Isuzu sprinkler: The front nozzle of the sprinkler truck is located low, close to the ground, with high spray pressure, and can be used to wash the road surface; the rear nozzle is located higher (the rear nozzles of the sprinkler truck are usually installed with one nozzle on the left and right), and the sprinkler surface is wide, so it can be used for washing the road surface. When using rear nozzles to sprinkle water on highway construction, the front nozzle should be closed; when using adjustable nozzles to sprinkle water, the sprinkling width can be adjusted as needed. The wider the sprinkling width, the less the overlap in the middle, and the more uniform the sprinkling density.
Regular sewage discharge: The water storage tank of the sprinkler truck is equipped with a sewage discharge pipe, and the inlet of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the drain pipe switch should be opened regularly to remove the debris accumulated in the tank until the water becomes clear.
