Dealing with Leakage Problems of Isuzu Compressed Garbage Trucks
December 11, 2023
The Isuzu compressed garbage truck is an indispensable piece of equipment in urban sanitation work. It can compress a large amount of garbage into small pieces and store it inside the body, thereby reducing space occupation and improving the efficiency of garbage collection and transportation. However, when using rear-loading compressed garbage trucks, leakage problems often occur inside the vehicle. If not dealt with in time, it will lead to environmental pollution and traffic safety hazards.
There are many reasons for leakage problems in rear-mounted compressed garbage trucks, such as poor body sealing, aging oil seals, damaged pipelines, cylinder wear, etc. Different reasons require different treatments.
1. Check the body sealing performance. First of all, you should check whether the body sealing performance of the rear-mounted compressed garbage truck is good. If the car body seal is not good, it will cause garbage to leak out. Therefore, you should check whether the door seal is intact and whether it is deformed, aged, etc. If the door seal is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If the seal is only deformed, it can be restored after soaking in hot water. In addition, other sealing parts should also be checked, such as side seals and rear side panel seals.
2. Replace the aging oil seal. When the garbage is compressed, the compression cylinder will move to both sides. If the oil seal is aged or damaged, it will cause the hydraulic oil in the compression cylinder to leak out. Therefore, the condition of the oil seal should be checked regularly, and aging or damaged oil seals should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the oil seal, you should choose an oil seal with reliable quality, wear resistance and pressure resistance, and install it according to the corresponding installation requirements.
3. Repair damaged pipelines. When repairing hydraulic pipelines, appropriate connection methods and materials should be selected to ensure the sealing performance of the pipelines.
4. Replace the worn cylinder block. The compression barrel of the Isuzu rear-mounted compression garbage truck is compressed by a hydraulic cylinder. If the cylinder body is severely worn, it will affect the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder and cause hydraulic oil to leak. Therefore, the status of the compression barrel and hydraulic cylinder should be checked regularly, and seriously worn parts should be replaced in time.
5. Garbage truck cleaning. Clean the garbage truck, especially the garbage can and the slag collection part of the garbage truck. Make sure there is no residual trash or liquid inside the garbage truck to reduce the possibility of leaks.
6. Regular maintenance. Carry out regular maintenance and upkeep on the garbage truck, including checking and replacing seals, cleaning pipelines, overhauling the hydraulic system, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the garbage truck and reduce the occurrence of leakage problems.
To sum up, the leakage problem of Isuzu rear-loading compressed garbage truck requires targeted measures, and the corresponding treatment method should be selected according to the specific problem. In daily use, vehicles should be inspected and maintained regularly to avoid leakage problems in garbage trucks.
