1. Precautions for daily operation:

In order to achieve a suitable working speed, please adjust the best position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance.

(2) Self-unloading and overturning of tanks on flat ground:

Dumping and overturning the tank on a sloping road will cause distortion and deformation of various components, leading to failure, and may also cause a rollover accident.

(3) When dumping and turning over the tank, first open the rear tank door:

Before dumping the tank and unloading mud, the locking bolts should be loosened and the rear tank door should be raised to the required angle. When the tank is fully loaded, it is forbidden to lift the tank with the rear tank door closed, otherwise there is a risk of overturning.

(4) When the oil pump and vacuum pump are taking power, the engine is idling and the clutch pedal is fully depressed. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal.

(5) When the car is driving, the vacuum pump and oil pump are stopped.

(6) The vehicle is not allowed to inhale materials larger than the diameter of the hose and transport waste oil and hazardous materials.

(7) When entering the bottom of the tank or performing maintenance during self-loading and lifting, support rods and safety stops must be used.

(8) When transporting waste, the vehicle must drive at medium or slow speeds, and must not make sharp turns or brakes, because there is no anti-wave plate in the tank and the center of gravity is high.

 

2. Daily maintenance matters:
