The main process flow of the tank: blanking->forming->welding->non-destructive testing->assembly,welding->non-destructive testing->pressure test

A. Material selection and cutting

(1) Principles of material selection for containers：

1.Has sufficient strength, plasticity, toughness and stability.

2.It has good hot and cold processability and welding performance.

3.Equipment in corrosive media must have good corrosion resistance and hydrogen resistance.

(2) Cutting tools and trial scope:

1. Gas cutting: carbon steel

2. Plasma cutting: alloy steel, carbon steel

3. Shearing trigger: &≤8㎜ L≤2500㎜ Cutting edge is straight edge

4. Sawing machine: pipe, channel steel

5. Plate rolling machine: three rollers

(3) Materials：

Q235A Q345A ordinary low carbon steel

B. Process flow
Head: Material purchase -> Material preparation -> Marking and cutting -> Edge planing -> Forming -> Flanging -> Chamfering -> Inspection
Tank door: Material purchase—>material preparation—>marking and blanking—>edging—>forming—> flanging—> marking and opening—>welding flanges and pipe joints—>inspection
Tank body: Material purchase—>Blanking—>Grinding—>Rolling—>Tailor welding—>Inspection—>Rounding

C.The main process flow of frame assembly:blanking - > assembly - > welding - > inspection

Blanking tools and trial scope:   

1. Gas cutting: carbon steel  

2. Plasma cutting: carbon steel

3. Shear trigger: &≤12mm L≤2500mm trimming edge is a straight edge  

4. Sawing machine: pipe, round bar
