How to use Isuzu truck

ⅲ, How to operate Boom Crane Truck? (Very Important)
Bellow 1~9 teaches you how to operate the crane truck step by step, please strictly follow them!

1、    Keep Three-Way ball valve vertical to the pipeline, the Front and Rear hydraulic legs working
2、    Start the truck engine; keep the air pressure over 8Mpa, then pull out the PTO switch button to make Gear Pump working.
3、    After step 1 and step 2, then can operate hydraulic joysticks to front and rear make hydraulic legs working

1)    Joystick 1 & 2: control front hydraulic legs working
DOWN---- Front hydraulic legs horizontal direction extend out
UP----Front hydraulic legs vertical direction extend out

2)    Joystick 3 & 4: control rear hydraulic legs working
DOWN---- Rear hydraulic legs horizontal direction extend out
UP----Rear hydraulic legs vertical direction extend out

3)    Joystick 5: control the Joysticks 1,2,3,4 working
DOWN----Extend out working
UP----Retract back working

Isuzu 14 T giga truck mounted palfinger crane.

Joystick 1 and 2 give guidance to make front hydraulic legs horizontal and vertical direction ;
Joystick 3 and 4 give guidance to make rear hydraulic legs horizontal and vertical direction;
Joystick 5 make guidance working.

4、    After front and rear hydraulic legs all extend out to working position
a)    Push in the PTO button to turn off the PTO, change the three-way ball valve vertical to the ground
b)    Pull out the PTO button to make telescopic boom crane working
Press the clutch pedal and push in the PTO button, hydraulic systems stop working
Make three-way ball valve vertical to the ground
Press the clutch pedal again and pull out the PTO button, then telescopic boom crane can working

Make sure turn off the PTO button firstly, then you can adjust the three-way ball valve!

Isuzu giga 14 t heavy duty 12 wheeler truck mounted crane.

5、    Seat on the chair and operate the telescopic boom crane. Kindly follow the SPS40000 manual.

6、    After telescopic boom crane reposition.
c)    Push in the PTO button to turn off the PTO, change the three-way ball valve vertical to the pipeline
d)    Pull out the PTO button to make hydraulic legs working
Press the clutch pedal and push in the PTO button, hydraulic systems stop working
Make three-way ball valve parallel to the ground

Press the clutch pedal again and pull out the PTO button, then front and rear hydraulic legs start working

7、    After changed the three-way ball valve parallel to the ground, use hydraulic joysticks to operate the front and rear hydraulic legs.
