Maintenance Tips for ISUZU garbage compactor truck radiator tank
1. The heat sink is deformed and not ventilated
Symptoms: The fins on the engine radiator are curled, or there are impurities in the middle, which cause poor heat dissipation and cause high temperature of the engine.
Cause: Directly flush the cooling water tank with a high-pressure water gun, flush the cooling fins or the usual cleaning is insufficient, resulting in blockage of the cooling fins of the cooling water tank.
Solution: If it is a small-scale curl, you can use a screwdriver to straighten the heat sink. If the scope is too large, the curled (or blocked) heat sink can be removed, but the scope of removal should not be too large.
When using the water gun to clear the radiator, adjust it to mist spray water, and clean the radiator tank with a neutral cleaning agent. When repairing the vehicle, pay attention to the layout of the pipeline and try to avoid touch the water tank. When it has to be touched, it should be fixed and bandaged to prevent wear and tear of the cooling water tank.
