4. Fill with hydraulic oil

1）. Before filling the hydraulic oil, first check the hydraulic oil tank of the waste compactor truck to confirm whether the oil volume is sufficient and check whether the oil quality is clean.

2）. Open the oil port cap of the hydraulic oil tank and slowly pour the hydraulic oil into the oil tank using a special funnel.

3）. While filling the hydraulic oil, you can loosen the exhaust valve at the oil pipe joint to ensure that the air in the oil line is discharged. When the hydraulic oil flows out of the exhaust valve, close the exhaust valve.

4）. During the process of filling hydraulic oil, an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil should be added according to the model and capacity of the hydraulic cylinder to avoid too much or too little.

5. Testing and debugging

1). After filling the hydraulic oil, start the engine of the Isuzu rubbish compactor truck and observe whether the hydraulic cylinder is operating normally.

2). Check whether the piston stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is normal, whether the rubbish compactor truck can compress normally, and check whether there is abnormal leakage in the cylinder.

3). If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately and check to ensure that the problem is solved in time.
