The Isuzu sewage suction truck consists of two parts: the Isuzu chassis (ELF/FV/GIGA) and the tank body. The ground sewage suction pump is equipped with a vacuum pump and a water circulation pump. The upper part of the sewage suction truck includes an oil-water separator, a water vapor separator, a hydraulic dump device, a special vacuum sewage suction pump, a volumetric pressure gauge, a suction conduit, a gravity valve, a vacuum tank, and a connector (depending on the Manure window), fully automatic anti-overflow valve and hydraulic package. Of course, most sewage suction trucks are now equipped with water circulation pumps.

Then how can we properly maintain the Isuzu sewage suction truck:

1. Precautions for the transmission: Check various connections frequently, and check the connection between the power take-off of the sewage suction truck and the sewage suction pump frequently. The connection should be reliable and operating normally, and whether the directional couplings, etc. are abnormally shaken or loose. If oil leakage is found in the power take-off and water pump during use, the seals should be replaced. If the defective parts are not repaired and continue to operate, it will bring adverse consequences to major devices such as pumps and power take-offs.

2. The oil separated by the oil and gas separator (for vacuum pump lubrication) (oil and gas separator) can be reused as vacuum pump lubricating oil, but the separated water will be stored at the bottom of the tank, so it must be drained after the operation. If you forget to drain, it will be inhaled. Failures such as sintering may occur in the pump. If the oil is used for a long time, the lubricity and air tightness will be reduced. Therefore, the interior should be cleaned regularly and the oil should be replaced. When the vacuum degree is about 93 kPa, the oil level should be replenished to the middle mark under the dipstick. Use HT-40 # mechanical oil and clean the interior once a month.

3. Gas-water separator with one-way valve (gas-water separator with one-way valve). It is a device that automatically works to prevent sewage from entering the pump in case the automatic suction stop device fails when the tank is full. Inhaling sludge with a lot of oil content will easily corrode the ball seats and balls, so replace them regularly. In addition, it is easy to accumulate sewage during operation, so the float must be drained and cleaned after the operation is completed.

4. After long-term use of the rear tank door clamping device, dirt will occur inside and the hand wheel must not be tightened. Therefore, the interior should be disassembled and cleaned every 6 months. At this time, the grease should be replenished appropriately.

5. Replenish grease: The sewage truck replenishes grease, hydraulic working oil strips and 20# mechanical oil for international use, and 30# mechanical oil for summer.

6. Add about 200 ml of oil into the pump before use to clean the vacuum pump oil.

7. The water circulation pump should keep the water in the water tank up to two-thirds, and check whether the secondary transmission is loose or makes abnormal noise.

8. Inspection of ball valves: The medium passing through the ball valve should not be too dirty to avoid scratching the sealing ring and reducing the service life of the ring valve. Each ball valve should not be operated in a semi-open state for a long time, otherwise the sealing ring will be easily deformed.

9. Remove and clean the filter screen regularly: The filter screen of the sewage suction truck entering the pump should be removed and cleaned regularly to prevent debris from clogging the filter screen and affecting the flow rate.

10. Regularly check the paint on the tank: Check the paint on the tank of the sewage suction truck regularly. If there is any paint missing, it should be repainted in time to prevent the tank of the sewage suction truck from rusting and corroding.

11. Follow the rotation direction indicated by the red arrow and select flange installation. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the vacuuming function cannot be exerted, and there will also be some damage to the pump.

12. When using the vacuum pump for the first time, please run it at low speed ≤300 for 2 minutes, and check the leakage and temperature rise of the pump body.

13. In the initial stage of putting the new pump into use, the lubricating oil must be completely replaced after 10 hours of operation. In the future, the oil must be replaced every 50-100 hours of operation. If the vacuum pump is pumped out, water enters, or the oil deteriorates, it should be replaced immediately. Change engine oil.

14. Carefully check the clearness of the vacuum pump oil pipe at any time, and eliminate blockages and other faults in a timely manner. Drain water in time in winter: The entire waterway system of the sewage suction truck does not have an anti-freeze device. Therefore, after use in severely cold areas where the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, all accumulated water in the sewage suction pump, water tank and waterway system should be drained immediately. Pay attention to the water pump. Release water After draining the water, the screw plug should be closed tightly to ensure the seal, otherwise it will affect the water pump's water absorption.

15. Pay attention to whether the pressure of the pressure gauge reaches the specified value during operation. If the pressure is too low, the hydraulic system will be damaged.
